If history has taught us anything its that humans are anything but stationary. From our ancestors long ago who migrated over vast areas to settle into unknown lands, to today's modern age where traffic and commuting are a daily task for humans of all ethnicities in every country on the planet.

That being said, a common way to move around and traverse our daily lives is by driving our own car. This can be done by driving to work each morning, to driving your kids to school, to driving across the country to a new home, driving is a familiar lifestyle element.

In fact, one of the biggest milestones that you can achieve in life is by getting your drivers license. You might be an avid driver and love hitting the road. Or, on the other hand, you might hate driving and prefer to be the passenger instead. Whatever your connection with cars is, there’s no denying that being inside of one is unavoidable and inevitable. Therefore, we have combined our love of flags with the familiarity of cars into a guide on how to decorate your car with flags.

How to Decorate Your Car With Flags

#1. Pop That Hood!

Even though while you are driving it will be seen by the outside world, that's no reason to not decorate the outside of your car with flags. A great way to do this is by covering the hood of your car with a large flag by looping the edges of the flag around the corners of the hood of your car. Also, there are many car decals of flag images that you can use instead.

Through a Window

An important part of driving a car is your spectrum of visibility. This is important because you need to be able to have a clear 360-degree view of your surroundings during your entire car ride. By having a good view of the environment that exists outside your car doors, you will be safe from possible collisions caused by animals, pedestrians, vehicles, man-made hazards and biological objects. However, there are still many ways that you can decorate the windows of your car by using flags. For instance, you can clip a miniature flag on a small poll and connect it to the top of your window. Also, there are many sun visors with flag designs that can cover your window without fully blocking your view.

Bang the Dashboard

Move over dancing hula girl and drop those fuzzy dice! Your dashboard is the piece of your car that you are constantly staring back at. It has your speedometer, your fuel tank logistics, and so much more. Therefore, why not dress it up with some beautiful flags. An easy way to accomplish this is by having a miniature flagpole holding a small flag as a dashboard figurine. Also, there are countless rearview mirror hanging accessories that you can add to the interior of your car too.
