We want you to love your flags! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise price.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

What Can Be Returned

• All standard flags and flag sets
• Unopened accessories and hardware
• Items in resalable condition

What Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-printed flags
• Special order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used, washed, or damaged items

How to Return

1. Email us at service@flagsrus.org with your order number for a Return Authorization (RMA) number
   • We'll send your RMA within 1 business day
   • This helps us process your refund faster
2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship to: FlagsRus Returns, 16 Dalfonso Road, Newburgh, NY 12550

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@flagsrus.org. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please report any shipping damage within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
